Our stay was enjoyable, with exceptional service from attentive staff that truly made a difference. The breakfast was sublime, with a generous variety of options. Yet, the rooms need some maintenance—one had a musty smell that made it hard to sleep. It’s a fantastic place with room for improvement.

Shower door design problematic for larger guests!!! Water pressure in the jacuzzi is painfully low, making it almost unusable. More attention to cleanliness in shower areas is definitely needed!!!

Staying here with my family was an amazing experience! The beachfront is beautiful, and our stay included surfing lessons for the kids, which they absolutely loved. The dining options were fantastic, especially at the beach club where we enjoyed a mix of local and international dishes.

In my kids' opinion, the kids' activities could be a bit more varied to keep them busy during our stay.

Our stay was unforgettable, especially with the amazing sunrise views, the breathtaking beach club, and the upscale dining experience that truly exceeded our expectations! We would absolutely come back!

The Canggu King Room offered a spacious and well-maintained environment with a beautiful boutique feel. Exceptional service stood out, particularly from the staff, who went above and beyond for our comfort. The location is perfect, just a short stroll to the beach, and the breakfast was impressive with a mix of local and international dishes, including delicious home-made ice cream. However, the kids' club could use more engaging activities for older children, and the daily gifts, while thoughtful, might not appeal to all guests.

The hotel's decor exudes elegance with its beautiful tropical accents, and the spacious layout of the dining and relaxation areas made it easy for me to navigate comfortably during my stay.

Spent four nights with my family. The gym facilities wowed us, truly top-notch. However, we felt the staff could be more professional, especially in children’s activities. Breakfast was varied, but portions were small. still, dining from the all-day menu hit the spot.

The beachfront location was fantastic, with a large sandy area where the kids could play. The pools were clean and well-maintained, perfect for family fun. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse menu that catered to our kids' tastes as well as our own.

It was just a perfect match for a quick stopover in Canggu with good value. The air conditioning was a bit loud, but it kept the room cool during my stay. Make sure to add credit to your room before dining.
